We're living in 'The New Normal,' so Putin won't get away with lying to the Russian people
Russian President Putin seems to think that restricting the free flow of truthful information to the Russian people will allow him to hide the war crimes he is committing in the Ukraine.
He tries to sell the bogus line about a Russian "holy war" to take back Ukraine, a war that involves the bombing and killing of innocent women, children, babies and old people. But reasonable people around the world call this an 𝘶𝘯𝘩𝘰𝘭𝘺 war. They call it what it really is: 𝘤𝘳𝘪𝘮𝘦𝘴 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯𝘴𝘵 𝘩𝘶𝘮𝘢𝘯𝘪𝘵𝘺.
Putin can't hide the truth because we are living in "The New Normal" and, for one thing, nearly everyone has a cell phone with a camera built in.
So, "The whole world is watching" isn't just an empty slogan.
What government leaders say or do can be on every web-enabled device on earth only seconds after they say or do it. This is a fact of life in The New Normal.
More on the subject can be learned from the book "𝘓𝘦𝘢𝘥𝘦𝘳𝘴𝘩𝘪𝘱 𝘪𝘯 𝘛𝘩𝘦 𝘕𝘦𝘸 𝘕𝘰𝘳𝘮𝘢𝘭," by Lt. General Russel Honore (U.S. Army, Retired), available from the publisher, www.acadianhouse.com/miscellaneous. 'The whole world is connected' means the majority of humans can see what all other humans are up to," General Honore points out.
