GLENN GUILBEAU has been a sportswriter since graduating in journalism from the University of Missouri in 1983. He has been an SEC columnist at OutKick.com/FOX News since 2021.

     He’s covered LSU sports for USA TODAY/Louisiana (2004-21), the Baton Rouge Advocate (1998-2004), the Alexandria Town Talk (1987-93) and Tiger Rag magazine (1983-85). He arrived in Baton Rouge in 1983, near the same time when Skip Bertman was named LSU’s baseball coach. A New Orleans native, Guilbeau covered the SEC at the Montgomery (Alabama) Advertiser (1985-86) and Mobile Press-Register (1993-98).

     He and his wife, the former Michelle Millhollon of Thibodaux, met at the Baton Rouge Advocate and live in Baton Rouge.
